How do I return or exchange an item?

We want all our customers to be 100% happy. Along with high quality product(s), KAST offers a high standard of customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order, believe your product has shipping damage, or have any other questions, please contact us so we can make things right. We are happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit inline with the KAST Return and Exchange Policy.

We make returns and exchanges easy for you! 

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 15 DAYS from the date received on items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and with all tags attached.

Exchanges are qualified at the same value as your original order. Please check the website for product availability and email us at to advise us of what item you are returning or would like to exchange for. Then, please send the items you are exchanging to the address provided below. Once KAST receives the merchandise being returned/exchanged, your refund/exchange will be processed. KAST will kindly cover the cost of shipping to send you your new item(s).  You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. 

Please complete our Return Authorization Form and include it with your item(s) in an appropriate shipping box. Send it by an insured service to the according address below.

Note: Any product that arrives in a defective condition can be exchanged or returned. Please email us at to notify of the fault. When your item arrives at our warehouse we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and will then issue your exchange, refund, or credit. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. For all items purchased through a reseller or retail outlet other than, returns and exchanges must be handled by the original location of purchase.
