How do I return or exchange an item?

We want all our customers to be 100% happy. Along with high quality product(s), KAST offers a high standard of customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order, believe your product has shipping damage, or have any other questions, please contact us so we can make things right. We are happy to provide you with an exchange or refund inline with the KAST Return and Exchange Policy.

We want to make returns and exchanges easy for you!


Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 15 DAYS from the date received on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED and with ALL tags attached.


Exchanges: Exchanges are qualified at the same value as your original order. Please send your package to the address provided below. Once received by KAST Fitness Wear, your exchange order will be processed. Please check the website for product availability and email us at info@kastfitnesswear.com to advise us of what item you would like to exchange for. Do NOT create a new order on the website. When we have received the merchandise being exchanged we will send out your new order. KAST will kindly cover the cost of shipping to send you your new item(s).


Returns: Please send your package to the address provided below. Once received by KAST Fitness Wear, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment for the cost of items within TEN BUSINESS DAYS. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from KAST Fitness Wear. Please note we do not issue refunds for change of mind or wrong size, however we will gladly offer an exchange or credit.

Any product that arrives in a defective condition can be exchanged or returned. Please email us at info@kastfitnesswear.com to notify of the fault. When your item arrives at our warehouse we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and will then issue your refund or exchange.

Please note that all refunds, returns or exchanges for items purchased through a retail outlet other than www.kastfitnesswear.com must be handled by the original location of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged and are non refundable.
